Fabulous opportunity to join this wholesale distribution company with beautiful offices overlooking Port Philip Bay in Sandringham.

Working 30 hours per week (ideally across 5 days) you will be offered variety, flexibility and a superb culture with a supportive and collaborative leader. 

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries, resolving queries both over the phone and by email
  • Managing all import documentation and work with custom brokers to ensure to resolve all container clearance issues
  • Maintaining relevant documentation
  • Create and approve invoices, credit notes and rebates
  • Create/maintain inventory codes and pricing structures
  • Reviewing stock levels and provide recommendations on re-order requirements
  • Perform inventory adjustments and maintain records as required
Skills required:
  • Solid Administration experience within a relevant industry
  • The ability to prioritise workload 
  • Fantastic Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Pronto would be ideal but not essential
  • Strong MS Excel and Word skills
  • Fun, outgoing and collaborative personality!
  • Full driving license

Salary will be up to $60K plus super on a pro-rated basis
