This role will be pivotal to the business and will act as the first point of contact for all new enquiries for facilities and services that the business provide.
Reporting into the Residential Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls and email enquiries from the website
- Booking in appointments for the residential team
- Data entry for prospective clients details and maintaining departmental files and records.
- Putting together marketing packs and material
- Scanning, filing and other administrative duties
This role is for 4 weeks and requires a background check for the successful candidate.
