Job Description

This large financial institution is a key player in the Queensland economy, who engages in a wide variety of transactions including capital markets, and a wide range of financial services to a number of large organisations including, utilities, infrastructure, property, health care and social services. Our client is very passionate about working alongside their customers, supporting their efforts to achieve positive economic outcomes.

Reporting to a Senior Manager you will be an Analyst in the performance and strategy team that is commercially driven, outcome focused and high performing. Your primary role is to assist with performance analysis & reporting on a large asset portfolio of commercial business and corporate organisations. Collectively the team will provide strategic advice around capital structuring and funding, continually looking for opportunities to improve financial performance. The team will contribute to the organisational objectives by analysing the underlying drivers of corporate performance, assessing strategy, valuation and risk.

To be successful in this role you will have a between 1-2 years of experience working in transaction services, corporate performance or internal strategy, you will be degree qualified and be working towards post graduate qualifications in Finance, such as a CFA or CA.
