Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Representing hem in tender engagements
- Implementing their bid winning methodology, systems and processes
- Working collaboratively with client teams, particularly subject matter experts, to prepare bid-winning deliverables
- Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering expert bid writing and coordination services
Experience:
- 2-3 years experience in bid writing
- 2-3 years experience in bid coordination
- Detailed knowledge of tendering and bid management processes
- Sound document formatting and construction skills, including proficiency in the suite of Microsoft products, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A hunger and ability to produce exceptional results
- An ability to work self-sufficiently and autonomously
- Extreme diligence with a high level of attention to detail and pride in your work
- An ability to work in a dynamic, stressful working environment under compressed time frames to immovable deadlines, and
- A disposition that enjoys working as a part of a small, collaborative and energetic team.
