Job Description

The Role:
  • Our client is a leading Australian Aged Care Provider looking for a Business Analyst with strong stakeholder and communication skills on a 6 month Fixed term contract ($148k Including Super) with a chance to go permanent or extend
Your Responsibilities:
  • Undertake stakeholder consultations, facilitate meetings and workshops to gather all required business information for requirements definition and modelling of business operations
  • Document business requirements, business processes, business rules, data models, interface specifications, report design and data flows as necessary
  • Assist the PMO team in developing project approaches and estimating timelines and budgets for projects
  • Contribute to project tenders, business cases and other project documentation as necessary
  • Evaluate vendor proposals against business requirements
  • Participate in and support the planning, preparation and execution of quality assurance and verification activities such as user acceptance testing and data migration
  • Work with the business to identify opportunities, process/system enhancements and suggest creative solutions.
About You:
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering Business Analysis services to a range of business projects
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with all levels of an organisation, adjusting approach to extract and present information back at an appropriate level of detail for the audience &/or situation to support the delivery of outcomes
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of Business Analysis artefacts using formal industry methods
