They are seeking a BA with a HR background/experience to gather information around current processes within all functions of HR, including but not limited to payroll, learning and development, employee onboarding at a global level. This will involve business partnering with a variety of stakeholders Australia wide to identify current processes, identify areas for improvement and map out potential new processes before validating them. This person will be heavily involved in operations at a global level also and on the odd occasion, international travel may be necessary.
The successful candidate will have an extensive business analyst background in ideally an operational role with demonstrable experience in process improvement. Candidates from a technology or HR background with business transformation will also be considered. You will be happy in managing a variety of stakeholders and be confident in presenting findings to senior leadership.
This role will be a 2-3 month contract and candidates must be available to start immediately.
