Business Analyst: Unit Registry / Transfer Agent.
Project contract role.
12-months, Sydney or Melbourne.

Our multinational financial services client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Unit Registry / Transfer Agent to join their business support team in a global project contract capacity.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Business Analyst who possess in depth Unit Registry knowledge and with extensive experience in translating business requirements into clear documentation for development. A dedicated analyst who takes ownership and accountability for their work through to final delivery will be perfect in this team:

  • Document business and technical requirements using clear and concise language.
  • Ownership of relevant project documentation, including business requirements, technical requirements, process flows, test procedures etc.
  • Drive the resolution of identified gaps to ensure the timely completion of all analysis and documentation.
  • Act as the key interface between the business, vendor and IT teams throughout solutioning and implementation of technical and operating model changes.
  • Assist with resolving any system issues raised by business users.
  • Assist with enhancement testing when required.
To be considered for this 12-month contract opportunity you have:
  • Proven track record in a project environment, with solid years of business analysis experience.
  • Proven analytical skills with extensive background in project documentation/technical writing.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Transfer Agency / Unit Registry function.
  • In-depth knowledge of FATCA / CRS and ATO reporting (AIIR, QTFN, Sale of Securities) an advantage
This role will sit in Sydney or Melbourne CBD offices (WFH flexibility).
