Job Description
Financial Services Giant need SQL Dev with SQL 2016 to 2018 Migration and architecture experience. Stand alone position with design & architecture.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Lead 2016 to 2018 database migration
- Thought leader to the business on the design of the DB
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:
- Hands-on experience leading and implementing the migration of large databases for a financial services business of over 500 with 1000's of customers
- Capable of breaking complex problems into parts and identify the impact of changes on other businesses and systems
- Lead the migration from 2016 to 2018 long with vendor input who
- Able to understand technical and application documentation and interpret for business users
- Ability to identify and differentiate between risks and issues and able to work out mitigation to reduce risks
- Energetic, motivated and adaptable to change
- Fosters a collaborative culture with team members
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the insurance industry preferred
- Experience in completing regulatory reporting for APRA and ASIC preferre
