Job Description
The Role:
- You will be responsible for analysing customer data within Dynamics & SAP and creating custom dashboards in Power BI for reporting
- This including weekly, monthly & quarterly reports
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on process changes and improvements.
- Provide support through the accurate processing of data, reporting, escalation and resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate data incorporating periodic invoices, amending requests, reconciliations and reporting on
outcomes.
- Experience creating custom Power BI dashboards
- Ability to Query CRM/ERP Databases
- Strong Data Analysis skills
- Strong communication skills & stakeholder engagement
- Working with customer datasets prefererred but not essential
