As Business Support Specialist, your role is to provide first line internal sales support to vendor and dealer channels.
You will support the sales process from application to booking in line with internal processes and vendor/partner agreements and ensure that all settlement transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner and in compliance with company policies.
You will support the Account Managers in meeting risk cost budgets and portfolio administration targets and be a first point of contact for all operational enquires for our dealer and Vendor network.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Prior exposure to vendor leasing/finance industry.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales support within a leasing/finance organization.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
