Job Description

You will work in collaboration with the Project Manager and solution implementation team to drive successful engagement, delivery and adoption of the changes in achieving the desired business outcomes.

A crucial part of this role is to get the business bought into what they are doing and ensuring that they understand its capability. This requires you to truleu understand the stakeholders, their agendas, whats not going well and getting a plan in place to change it.

This will be achieved through
  • Application of a defined change management process and tools to facilitate the adoption of the
  • changes required by a project or initiative
  • Support of communication efforts by means of managing a plan regarding the delivery and
  • management of communications
  • Owning the change impact assessment in relation to people, process, technology
  • Assessment and understanding of change readiness of key impacted stakeholders
  • Training delivery in accordance with the agreed learning plan for the project
  • The Change Analyst will work closely with the project delivery team to identify, engage and
  • support the stakeholder groups impacted by each initiative.
Change Delivery;
  • Review and Implementation of a project Change Management Plan and supporting Project Managers deliverable
  • Stakeholder Engagement Plan
  • Business Impact Assessment
  • Communication Plan
  • Learning and Training plan and supporting materials
  • Adhere to governance standards relating to implementation, providing regular status updates, meeting minutes and action lists as part of the wider project governance approach.
  • Co-ordination of Change activities with the Project Manager, maintaining the Change Plan, escalating risks/issues and aiming to complete on time and in the budget.
  • Drive stronger business performance through successful adoption of Technology Services projects and other change initiatives.
  • Develop good relationships with external partners and suppliers who are contributing to the change
  • Facilitate a planned transition into business, as usual
  • Work with the delivery team to define, agree and implement metrics to monitor the success of change adoption, achievement of business outcomes and benefits realisation following solution delivery Client Relations
  • Be an advocate for Corporate businesses, helping them achieve the targeted improvements while being aware of the challenges to be overcome in adopting change
  • Support activities to build stakeholder alignment for the change through consistent and timely messaging
  • Lead the change conversations for the initiative with impacted stakeholder groups at all levels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business(es).
To be successful in this role you will be;
  • 2 – 3 years in a Change Analysis role
  • Experience in implementing Change Management at a project level
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in stakeholder communications
  • Experience in the planning and delivery of training and the provision of documented procedures
  • Understanding the full change management lifecycle
  • Ability to analyse and understand complex business processes.
  • Experience with impact identification, assessment and treatment strategies
  • Operational change planning experience to mitigate disruption to business functions
  • Resilient, self-driven and emotionally intelligent
  • Good influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
