Change & Communication Specialist - AML Regulation
  
Your day to day will be varied and will look like this:
  • Partner, engage and communicate with Project stakeholders during workshops and delivery activities
  • Apply a structured change management approach and method to develop situational awareness of the details of the change, the impacts and the groups being impacted by the change
  • Develop a capability, approach and relevant actionable and targeted Change Management Plan; execute the Plan;
  • Prepare and develop project documents e.g. stakeholder readiness plan, communications plan, education and training plan, Status reports
  • Work with the project team to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
  • Develop and manage adoption tracking, monitoring and reporting
  • Develop and implement the tools and processes required to support the change activity
  • Prepare Leaders and Employees to adopt self-service functionality
  • Demonstrate ability in assessing the readiness levels of business users with regard to upcoming changes; identify gaps, create action plans to close the gaps
  • Partner with comms and training resources
  • Report on metrics to the Project Manager
  • Create, update, review and manage diverse project documentation using a variety of tools (MS Word, Excel, Visio/Lucid Chart, Sharepoint)
In your past roles your experience has allowed you to...
  • Demonstrate ability in creating change and business readiness plans to support AML change within the business, including creating info packs, change meetings and the activities required to integrate new processes into the “business as usual” environment
What you will need to bring to the table
  • Solid experience (7+ years) in running large change management projects in transformation projects; preferably in an AML project
  • Significant experience in senior stakeholder engagement within the professional services industry
  • Prosci-certified or demonstrable experience in the Prosci ADKAR processes
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
  • Demonstrate excellent people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and mentor subject matter experts in a changing environment with deadlines and tight timelines
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills and the ability to support the needs of multiple business streams concurrently
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage a dynamically changing work-load effectively
