Job Description

Top Australian ASX Listed organisation are looking for a Change & Communications Manager to work on an Application Uplift and Modernisation Project requires. In this role you will be working closely with Application Owners and senior managers within the business, you will be responsible for defining the integrated communications strategy and plan. You will ensure that internal stakeholders are communicated clearly and consistently and understand the changes being delivered by these programs. You will shape the internal reputation of being risk management focussed through proactive positioning, creative communications campaigns and narratives.

Keep responsibilities:
  • Provide strategical, informed advice to Senior Management on internal communications activity, including new ways of reaching and engaging employees
  • Create consistent and compelling storytelling content
  • Create strategies and content for a variety of internal channels, from leader emails to internal news sites, to Yammer and events
  • Work collaboratively with the Enterprise Change and Communications team to ensure the integration and coordination of consistent communications strategies across each business unit and delivery of consistent messaging across the organisation
  • An ability to work in collaboration with Enterprise Change and Communications, other Corporate Affairs teams, Marketing and business units on large cross-functional corporate affairs matters
  • Providing counsel on the appropriate use of media, channels, content and strategies to ensure the organisation's reputation is protected and enhanced
About the Candidate:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a listed, issues rich and highly regulated environment, managing business communications strategy and implementation;
  • Excellent story-teller with an eye for identifying and capturing good content
  • Track record in developing, implementing and measuring integrated and coordinated communications strategies, particularly for internal audiences;
  • Proven ability to develop, manage and maintain communication plans and associated budgetary and resource requirements;
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, communications or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of communication methodologies and disciplines, internal and customer communication channels and mechanisms
