Prestigious high profile ASX Listed organisation is embarking on delivering the best in class Data As a Service Delivery to internal and external clients. This would be an excellent chance to design, implement a Change plan and strategy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of their Change & Communications function across their data delivery, data governance, stream

You will be responsible for;
  • Roll out a communications strategy on how best to engage and communicate initiatives to the Executive layer, Management layer and companywide employees.  How are we communicating to them / how often etc.?
  • Define a Communication strategy with external vendors 
  • Identify the project pipeline and how the business will be affected by the change - identify loading areas of the business with too much change, identify and mitigate any of the effects
  • Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor engagement levels from the business
  • Provide guidance to Business Analysts on how they are managing change on their projects - is there a unified approach? How can we improve? Are relevant people being engaged at the right times?
  • High-level change plan and change activities/deliverables
  • Change Impact Assessment
  • To-be process (in conjunction with the Business Analyst) Deliver the activities/deliverables
  • Create a change strategy, Create change plans
  • Undertake to change impact analyses and define appropriate change deliverables (i.e. tailored to the situation)
  • Deliver change activities (i.e. do the doing)
  • Define awareness campaigns and induction programmes
  • Define To Be processes in a way that the business can consume
  • Understand what is required before a new process can be fully adopted 
  • Articulate success measures
  • Track benefits, Facilitate feedback sessions and Facilitate showcases
To be considered for this position, you will be an experienced Change Professional, with a background of implementing Change Management in an organisation. You'll be experienced a liaising with and selling Change to the C-Suite down.
