You will be a hands on change manager, fully accountable for end to end organisational change management across this key transformation program. You will work with the project team to ensure the benefits of investment in technology and changes in processes are realised, with minimal disruption to business as usual. It his expected you will work independently and be able to hit the ground running. You will be experienced in delivering key best practice organisation change management, including co-creation of a comprehensive communications plan and rollout.
In addition you will develop and rollout an overarching change strategy as well as business readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement. You will detail change impacts and associated risks/mitigation, roll out supporting structures, communications, sponsor roadmap as well as assist with coaching and training plans.
Finally you will need to ensure key stakeholders understand the purpose and orchestration of key elements above.
To be considered for this role you will have 3-5 years of successful delivery of end to end Organisational Change Management within complex organisation environments. You will have relevant change management qualifications (eg Prosci / ADKAR). Experience working in the property industry, or finance/HR related functions are highly desirable.
