- Create and execute the change management strategy
- Develop and implement a plan to measure and monitor the change initiative
- Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement plan
- Consult with Managers in the business to identify training requirements and develop a training plan for each workstream
- Consult with Human Resources to assess the impact on roles
- Successfully roll out change management models across the business utilising methodologies such as Lewin’s, ADKAR, Kotter’s etc.
- Energetic and have a “can-do” attitude
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong organisational skills
- Extensive experience delivering change management
- A strong track record delivering change management
- Experience with recognised change models (ADKAR, Lewin, Prosci)
- Experience with recognised project management applications (JIRA, Confluence)
