You'll be responsible for a portion of the ledger, including proactive management of all claims files, collections, preparation, review & submission of invoices and liaison with Claims Assessors as to the completeness and accuracy of the Claims.
You will also be required to liaise with internal & external stakeholders, negotiate payments terms and contribute to team meetings and business improvement initiatives.
You are an energetic, driven collections professional, preferably with experience in either a mercantile collections role, or from within the insurance sector. You'll also have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
