Job Description

This role will manage a team of 4 Client Service Managers (50% of the role), in addition to managing the service delivery to one of the firms largest clients (50% of the role). Specifically the role will focus on:
  • Understanding the client's strategy and requirements 
  • Engage operations in the pursuit of of service quality delivery and improvement
  • Ensure SLAs are complete, relevant and consistent 
  • Understand key drivers for service change and improvement
  • Monitor performance and key business metrics
  • Ensure KYC documentation is complete
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all locations with client
  • Lead and develop a high performing team of CSMs
