This role will manage a team of 4 Client Service Managers (50% of the role), in addition to managing the service delivery to one of the firms largest clients (50% of the role). Specifically the role will focus on:
- Understanding the client's strategy and requirements
- Engage operations in the pursuit of of service quality delivery and improvement
- Ensure SLAs are complete, relevant and consistent
- Understand key drivers for service change and improvement
- Monitor performance and key business metrics
- Ensure KYC documentation is complete
- Ensure consistent messaging across all locations with client
- Lead and develop a high performing team of CSMs
We are looking for a proven CSM, Operations Manager or Relationship Manager who has lead and developed high performing teams. You will enjoy driving innovation, developing high performers and will bring energy and new ideas to the table.
