Your responsibilities in this role will include responding to client requests in a timely manner, providing high quality support and accuracy in administration of all queries, anticipate issues and working to resolve these, having positive and productive relationships with internal and external parties and sharing information with other team members boosting communication throughout the department.
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experiences in a client services role within a corporate, custodial or institutional bank- this is essential. You will have a strong work ethic and be a good team player. You will have solid communication skills on both a written and verbal basis and have worked with corporate or institutional clients previously.
You will have demonstrated strong problem solving skills in a last role and will be able to give good examples of when you have had to build and maintain relationships.
