As a Client Support Officer, you will sit within the Sales, Service & Operations division – a pivotal unit within the Group. You will join their team as a reliable team member, start work in March.
Your daily tasks will have you reviewing and managing documentation, ensuring that you adhere to internal processes and compliance procedures. It is important that you effectively communicate with brokers to obtain clarification or additional information required to complete your tasks. All whilst providing an exceptional client experience when receiving and/or initiating calls to internal & external stakeholders.
For this assignment, we require a professional who has working experience within the financial services sector, with a strong capability in document management, customer service and database maintenance. You have XPLAN & Ms Excel systems experience, coupled with a passion to perform your duties in an accurate & efficient manner.
