- Up to c. $175K plus STI
- Commercial real estate experience required
- Role requires exceptional modelling & analytics capability
You'll be responsible for the preparation and delivery of analysis for a portfolio of regional commercial assets. And your remit will include leasing deal analysis (NPV, cashflow forecasting, IRR), sensitivity, scenario & value impact analysis and valuations.
You'll also be involved at a national portfolio level, in the delivery of commercial and financial insights, in order to support asset managers and better drive financial & operational performance of assets.
You are a degree qualified Analyst, with approx 5-7 years' relevant experience in an analytical role in the commercial real estate sector - either in-house or in an external advisory / consulting capacity (Big 4 etc).
Your real estate experience has honed your skills in modelling, valuations, leasing and operational business partnering. And you're now looking to further your career within one of the industry's employers of choice.
