As a key report to the Senior Commercial Manager, this position plays a critical role in helping the company achieve its strategic goals. The successful candidate will have a variety of responsibilities including that the sales leadership team has an in depth understanding of business performance, drivers of sales profitability, ensuring that promotional investment remains within agreed standards and provide decision support capability around campaigns.
To be successful in this role you must have demonstrable experience in providing financial and commercial analysis within an FMCG environment. You will have strong financial modelling skills and be comfortable in discussing financial terms with non-financial stakeholders. It would be highly regarded if you have experience of partnering with sales teams that sell into Retail and Online Channels.
