Reporting into the CFO and Financial Controller, you will be responsible for preparing monthly bank reconciliations, monthly journals for the shopping centres, BAS/FBT returns as well as general month-end assistance.
You will look after a number of the AR and AP duties for the group, including issuing invoices to tenants for rents, managing the collections and dealing with some of the supplier invoices and queries.
In addition you will prepare fortnightly Payroll for around 40 staff using MYOB, as well as some payroll accounting duties and reconciliations. You will also assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as requested by the CFO or FC.
To be considered for this role you will have experience working in a small/medium sized business in a broad accounting role. Experience working within asset management or property development type businesses would be advantageous. You will have previous Payroll experience from a small-medium sized company, as well as excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
