The Opportunity
The board are looking to appoint a Company Secretary on a permanent full-time basis, to lead the efficient administration of the group. The Company Secretary will play an integral role in supporting the effectiveness of the Board of Directors, to ensure broad policies and procedures are followed and striving to be efficient in coordinating board agenda and briefing materials. Ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, risk, legal, and governance related tasks will be a key focus of the role.

 Key responsibilities will include:
  • Develop a compliant Board reporting schedule
  • Develop, implement, and continually monitor appropriate corporate governance standards
  • Develop and implement a compliance framework, systems, policies, and procedures
  • Provide governance and compliance expertise for the business
  • Broadly attend to a variety of legal and risk requirements across the group, actively advising and supporting the business from the board right through to operations
About You
  • Previous experience with ASIC is absolutely essential to be considered for this role. 
  • Previous relevant experience within a similar role.
  • Confident and competent at taking minutes in board meetings (absolutely essential). 
  • Flexible - ability to work to the needs of the company.
  • Willingness to be part of the current high-performing culture
