This is an excellent opportunity for an operational candidate who has worked in an equities environment and who are looking to develop their career within a large corporate environment.
The successful candidate will work within a team whose primary responsibilities will be for corporate action processing for local & overseas markets. This will include end to end notification & processing of all Equity corporate action events, resolution of breaks and monitoring and notifying clients and global equity trading desks of derivative positions affected by Corporate Actions events.
Their will be extensive interaction as you will be liaising with internal and external clients to resolve any issues and helping other team members to resolve issues. You will play a lead in key projects and process improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will have at least 3 years Corporate Actions experience as well as project experience.
