Reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager you will be responsible for managing high volumes and be comfortable in making around 60 calls per day. You will also be responsible for checking customer accounts for credit risk and managing disputes. It is essential that you are able to build a strong customer service relationship and resolving queries both internally and externally and dealing with complex invoice queries. You will need to reconcile the debtor ledger and escalating accounts when payment is not received.
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years credit control experience within a high volume and professional environment. It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills and strong English written and verbal skills. Ideally you will have experience using SAP or a large ERP system.
