Job Description

CRM Analyst required by top property firm to engage with the business then drive adoption, training, support and improvements to Dynamics CRM
 
 
Key Objectives
 
The key objective is to leverage, enhance and administer a Dynamics 365 platform. This role will drive adoption, training, support and improvements to the system, and the ability to understand business objectives and help align requirements to achieve outcomes is essential.
 
Liaising with the vendor and managing stakeholders to achieve a good level of support for the business is a key criteria for success. This role will also focus on providing customer insight to the business, whilst making sure that customer records and other data are maintained to a high standard, with attention to data hygiene best practice.
 
This role will actively work with the Sales, Marketing and Digital teams to provide direction, document business requirements and facilitate enhancements with the CRM hosting vendor, in a process driven manner.
  
Key Responsibilities
Drive adoption of the new Dynamics 365 CRM platform
 
Work with the business to ensure CRM data is current, accurate and compliant 
 
SaaS platform health checks

Proactively identify issues and advise on risk with appropriate mitigation strategies 

Ensure there is a proactive coaching and training plan for Sales, Development and other stakeholders 

Provide technical / functional support and troubleshooting assistance on software application related issues including coordination of support efforts with application vendors

Coordinate and manage all change request submissions, development and testing
 
Facilitate and document business requirements go ensure business outcomes are met Take ownership of problems and manage them to resolution
 
Assist, troubleshoot  and  advise on appropriate best  practice solutions  and provide  Level 1 & 2 fixes including configuration changes

Create and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders
 
Create and maintain procedural / solution / training documentation as required
 
Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve the end user’s skill set and way of working
   

Key Skills and Qualifications
 
Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification desirable Business analysis certification desirable

CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) software Business analysis
 
Application support
 
SQL skills desirable, not essential
 
Microsoft Office, with high proficiency in Excel
 
Education / Experience / Requirements

Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline
 
Previous experience in a similar role (ideally in a growing company with a newly implemented CRM) Methodical, analytical, process driven
 
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Broad IT experience in small to mid size organisations
 
Experience in other IT business analysis functions is desirable (ERP, Data Warehouse, Digital)
