Top Healthcare Services firm require experienced Data Governance for a NEW CRM implementation! Extensive business stakeholder engagement for this high profile project.

The Role:

    • Develop data governance strategy for the enterprise CRM for business users and help measure, prioritize, and develop CRM capabilities that drive business
    • Define how CRM data is generated, collected, enhanced, consumed, and uniquely positioned to compete in the marketplace
    • Define and document data standards and policies, including engaging with the architecture team to implement governance processes that support adherence to standards
    • Work within a dynamic team to develop Data Governance strategy for the new CRM  that align with the long-term business objectives which include the way the business use its data
    • Work with the team to manage to develop a data strategy to business-driven Use Cases that align with the long-term business objectives
    • Identify and integrate external data, analytics and third party plugins into the CRM product
    • Maintain a data strategy to define how CRM data is generated, collected, enhanced, consumed, and uniquely positioned to compete in the marketplace
    • Define and document data standards and policies, including engaging with the architecture team to implement governance processes that support adherence to standards
    • Ability to perform analyses and incorporate data driven decision making into overall digital  strategy
    • Understand and train parts of the organisations on CRM and its third party plugins
    • Provide leadership on development sprints
    • Work with stakeholders across the business
    • Engage and gather requirements across the business to help improve CRM processes and efficiency with stakeholders of all levels across the business
 
Skills & Experience:
  • Business process mapping 
  • Experience as a CRM Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
  • Formal business analysis and CRM accreditation preferred
  • Experience delivering projects in in-house business team (mandatory) and in a consulting environment (preferred)
  • Proven experience delivering complex CRM projects that involve interactions with other systems, across internal staff and external suppliers
  • Experience molding CRM for Service functions
