You will analyse and propose solutions to the internal customers based on their initial requests or issues. This will include preparing functional documents and working with the developers on designing and delivering solutions.
What do you need to be successful?
3+ years' technical experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM ( 2011 and above
Broad, proven functional knowledge across multiple dynamics CRM administration issues
Development/coding skills in .NET
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of work
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Ability to knowledge share and collaborate with colleagues and ask for help when required
Articulate and professional
Have worked on a broad range of Microsoft Dynamics issues
Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365
Agility to challenge stakeholders when they come to you with solutions, not their problems
Knowledge of Azure development, Native Azure services, and structure, SQL
Strong understanding of Dynamics AX development: X++, SSRS reports, AIF, and an understanding of AX architecture
Experience in using diagnostic tools such as AX Diagnostic Tools, AX Debugger.
