Work with a global banking organisation in their professional and high performing customer service team. This is a 12 month fixed contract with potential opportunity to go permanent and progress in a career.
- Answer inbound calls from existing and potential customers and provide them with outstanding service in relation to general information on Banking products and services to achieve a high standard of first call resolution
- Proactively manage customer relationships to retain and deepen their relationship with the brand
- Proactively cross sell products and services where suitable
- Actively participate in all team meetings and business initiatives including activities to continue to enhance the customers overall experience
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers as required
You will be a graduate or junior customer service representative, ideally from a large company environment, or large customer service team. You will have strong communication skills, a professional and engaging manner and a keenness to meet targets and KPI's.
