Our client requires an experienced and proactive Customer Services Manager to join their office in Melbourne. 

As the Customer Services Manager you will be a pivotal player for driving the processes and outcomes within the customer services department. 

You will have a proven history as being a strong leader, mentor and team player within a busy and innovative work environment, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact

The responsibilities of the role will include: 
  • Oversee the existing customer service team
  • Managing the volume of customer calls and emails
  • Responding to complex customer queries
  • Dealing with escalated complaints and issues
  • Creating reports for management meetings
To be considered for this exciting job opportunity you will have worked previously in a similar position. Strong MS Office skills are expected.
