The Role: 

Customer Service
  • Answer the customer service phone line 
  • Return outstanding calls and follow up on any unresolved inquiries
  • Document and report on the nature of the customer service inquiries
  • Collaborating on suggestions for site improvements based
Sales 
  • Call third parties to offer expert financial commentary and content from key spokespeople
  • Follow up on third party stories to secure attribution and referrals to relevant sources
Ad Hoc
  • Regular training to build knowledge of banking products and keep across compliance requirements
  • Meet with the content, tech and data teams on a regular basis to stay up to date with company developments
  • Administrative tasks and reporting
  • Assist with proofing, editing and other content-related needs
  • Other projects or activities as directed
The Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales or communications role
  • Experience within Financial Services is ideal 
  • Strong communication skills are a must 
  • Good relationship building 
  • Confident in sales pitching
