Job Description

Our Non-Profit client in the Eastern suburbs (Disability Services) is currently seeking a fantastic new temporary team member to support through a busy period. You will be working in the Customer Service department providing a high level of service to Clients. 2-3 months temporary (may extend).

Your new role 

In this role you will be working within an incredible organisation with a great culture and positive environment.
Your key role will be to support external agencies, carers and participants with any queries on their invoices. You will receive full training.

What you'll need to succeed 
  • Extensive Customer Service experience within an office environment
  • NDIS knowledge highly regarded
  • Essential – Car and licence due to location.
  • Proven high attention to detail.
  • Clear police check history.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with compassion and empathy
  • Demonstrated ability within the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Able to commit to working through the contract period.

What you need to know 

You will also be required to complete a NDIS Check (All done online) a police check (online) and be able to provide Drivers licence and WWCC evidence.
