Your key role will be to support external agencies, carers and participants with any queries on their invoices. You will receive full training.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive Customer Service experience within an office environment
- NDIS knowledge highly regarded
- Essential – Car and licence due to location.
- Proven high attention to detail.
- Clear police check history.
- Strong interpersonal skills with compassion and empathy
- Demonstrated ability within the Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to commit to working through the contract period.
What you need to know
You will also be required to complete a NDIS Check (All done online) a police check (online) and be able to provide Drivers licence and WWCC evidence.
