Job Description

A well-established and reputable FMCG company based in the Southern Suburbs are looking for 3 Customer Services Officers to join the Head Office team on a temporary to permanent basis. 

Working within a fast paced, dynamic and vibrant team of ten, you will be providing outstanding support to the business in collecting orders from a number of their customers. 

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Make and receive a high volume of inbound calls to customers to obtain orders before daily cut off times. 
  • Handle sales opportunities associated with enquiries
  • Identify and assess customer requirements in regards to provision of products, solutions and identifying areas to up sell alternative products. 
  • Ensure invoices are accurate and reflect the order given. 
  • Ensures customer complaints are handled courtesly and in a timely efficient manner
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in working in a similar role where you are responsible for a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Working on customers Australia wide, you will be highly organised, efficient and be deadline driven to provide a fantastic customer service experience. 

The positions available range in hours and work Monday to Friday. Positions available are:

7am until 3pm Monday to Friday 
7am until 12pm Monday to Friday
8am until 2pm Monday to Friday
