Australia's leading manufacturing company are seeking top industry professionals to deliver a professional and expert service, providing customers with a positive experience in all aspects of the relationship.

The Role:
  • Deliver a professional and expert telephone and email service 
  • Retain and strengthen existing customer relationships through proactive management of customers in portfolio
  • Total account management responsibility in relation to all aspects of the order to delivery process
  • Customer SAP profiles maintained
  • Weekly and monthly reporting as required for customer management to encompass: orders, pricing credits, out of stocks and complaints
  • Manage customers current and future stock requirements 
  • Receive and efficiently process orders via customer access channels (eg. phone/fax/Email/EDI)
  • Provide timely and accurate advice, information and consultation on: orders and delivery of product range and general customer enquiries.
  • Attend regular face to face customer visits with Account Manager to develop and maintain customer relationship
The Candidate: 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a highly valued Customer Service environment
  • Administration/Data Entry/Order Processing
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent and engaging telephone manner
