Job Description

Medium-sized SaaS business is looking for a Development manager to scale their current solution to increase adoption. This role also will involve hands-on technical development skills. This role will help plan, organize, direct and control the work activities of technical development consultants, while also maintaining individual utilization goals.
  
In this role, you will work closely with internal development teams and senior management to coordinate and conduct the delivery of several integration projects and other software solutions. Proactively provide input into the development of Practices policies, procedures, standards and strategies as we grow our delivery capabilities leveraging cloud solutions in the future.


Technical Skills Required includes:
  • 8+ years managing teams of 7+ within SaaS businesses who are utilising the following technologies: C#, .NET core, SQL, Angularjs or Reactjs
  • Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Google, Azure) from a data architecture and a data governance perspective would be preferred
  • Experience in implementing Agile methodology throughout SDLC
  • Experience in mentoring team across best practices and methodologies
  • Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Google, Azure) from a data architecture and a data governance perspective would be preferred
  • Recent experience of delivering and maintaining enterprise level
    solutions
  • An understanding of common integration design patterns
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to perform under complex and changing environment
  • Flexibility in order to meet personal and team targets
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
