Job Description
The Role:
- Leading Financial Services organisaiton looking for a fast paced, digital content producer for the creation of customer-facing website content - (company website and email marketing)
Your Responsibilities
- Driving fast paced rather than perfect in class solutions for content and UX.
- Work with the CRM team (including the Strategic CRM Manager and Campaign Production & Analytics Manager to execute eDM briefs from content resizing, copy writing and component building (drag and drop)
- Work with the UX/UI team to build web pages using CMS components in Adobe Experience Manager
- Write web ready digital copy and articles for stakeholders across the business on a range of subjects (financial services) to educate and inform customers and generate leads.
- Proactively gather and evaluate business and user requirements in collaboration with the marketing, product and channel teams for digital content and experiences.
- Work with the CRM team to understand and review eDM audiences in Adobe Campaign.
- Execution and management of the editorial calendar and content requests for the customer-facing website ensuring best practice delivery.
About You:
- 3-4 years experience in Digital Content Writing (More, you are too senior - Less, You are too Junior)
- 3-4 years experience managing customer-facing digital channels
- Proven experience with content management systems (CMS) and Content Databases
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Knowledge of accessibility and SEO standards and implementation best practice
- Strong communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to communicate across a wide group of stakeholders
