Job Description
Our client is a Non-Profit organisation who is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who is responsible for the development and growth of their brand and services throughout Australia.
This is a new role, leading the Brand Engagement team, where you would be responsible for the creation of strategic brand visions and campaigns for a number of services.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses all service offerings to drive growth in line with the organisational mission and vision
- Lead and coordinate the collection and creation of all digital content
- Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public facing communications, including print, digital, and video
- Manage the organisational social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and assess digital marketing effectiveness/engagement to ensure a steady increase in activity, performance, and engagement
- Review, enhance and maintain the company’s website to drive online traffic, leads and growth of company image
- Plan and budget all marketing activities to ensure all activity is delivered on time and to the highest quality
- Evaluate marketing strategies to make recommendations for improvements where appropriate and provide reports on marketing activities
- Identify projects within the business that would present opportunities to create engaging content on
- Lead and develop a small team of people within the Marketing Team
- Write creative and engaging content for various aspects of the business including but not limited to; capability statements for clients, posts for social media, internal company newsletters or information
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field
- Significant experience in Marketing, with specific expertise in Digital
- Experience in the concept and planning stages of marketing projects
- Experience with the planning and use of various paid marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work closely with various stakeholders throughout the organisation
