The role will be driving growth and expansion across the Brisbane market across media agencies and clients through the support of their best in class technology and commercial team that drives strong business outcomes.

- Identify key opportunities planning for short, medium and long-term growth leveraging sales team and internal resources
- Identify key strengths in team, delegate and manage workload across sales team to balance growth and client needs with individual’s capability and capacity
- Drive commercial growth across region
- Consistently achieving sales targets
- Manage and utilise a budget – make best use of Marketing, PR Stunts, Events and general travel and entertainment budget to increase awareness and frequency of engagements with agencies
- Identify and build relationships with key decision makers across Brisbane agencies
- Participate in industry events and conferences
Experience and skills required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital advertising
- Programmatic experience in agency or publisher
- Proven experience in selling and closing advertising deals and meeting revenue targets
- A highly competent Sales Professional, with a high level of commercial sales skills.
- Extremely strong relationships across a broad set of Agency Groups
- Experienced in forecasting and cost management
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
- Acute commercial awareness
- Excellent presentation skills
- Have a high degree of self-motivation and drive with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively with sound justification and reasoning
