Job Description

Global Listed Organisation are looking for a Digital Sharepoint Coordinator to coordinate the Content Migration for their Intranet Redevelopment Project. You will work closely with business stakeholders to migrate content hosted on SharePoint 2010 to a newly designed SharePoint Online Intranet Site. As the Content Coordinator you will be working closely with the IT Change Manager to achieve successful migrations and project delivery.

Key duties / responsibilities of this position
  • Taking an active role within the project team, sharing ideas and best practice
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to review existing content and plan for migration
  • Documentation and mapping to support migration plan
  • Create new sites with unique permissions, list, libraries, user groups and workflows
  • Assist with the migration to SharePoint online
  • Assist with the archive of historical data
  • Publish new content to intranet and ensure the content meets internal policy requirements.
  • Produce or assist stakeholders in writing new content
  • Support business engagement with an adoption and deployment plan for SharePoint
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with SharePoint 2010 and above
  • Experience with Office365 & SharePoint Online
