This all-rounder role requires you to support 3 directors and 1 general manager. You will be expected to manage all 4 calendars, book travel arrangements for sales team, process credit cards & receipts, manage office stationary 7 kitchen supplies, organise team birthdays & special occasions and any other ad-hoc duties sent your way. This is a newly created role so you will have the freedom to make it your own.
To be successful for this role you must have 3 - 5 years EA or Office Manager experience and full working rights in Australia. As this role comes with a high amount of autonomy, you must have the confidence to hit the ground running and make it your own. You will be a go-getter and proactive with outstanding communication skills to be able to liaise with stakeholders of all levels.
