Job Description

High profile ASX listed organisation are looking for an ERP MDM Analysis (Oracle MDM). In this role you will be responsible for the management, quality and governance of the Inventory Module, Procurement and Purchasing Data (Inc. Vendor Master Data & Item Master Data) so that the information flows through Procurement to AR, planning and Inventory Levels within the Australian and New Zealand organisations and assisting the business in preparing. You will also assist in the building of the COGS with the Finance Department so that the business can understand the true cost of providing its services.

What you are responsible:
  • Analysis of the Inventory Module, including the deceased tracking in the Inventory Module (RF Smart).
  • Manage the business in the management of the correct inventory levels to right-size the stock on hand through Inventory Planning tools and analysis (MinMax, Safety Stock, accuracy, stock to be held, stock locations, etc.)
  • Manage the business units and Finance to ensure the Cycle Counting and stock takes are conducted, transacted correctly and the system reflects the correct inventory levels
  • Ensure that inventory variations are transacted correctly and the write off process is followed
  • Work with Finance to move towards fully costed (Inc. COGS, scheduling of labour and resources)
  • Work with Finance to establish the accurate Standard Costs of the Inventory Items (Inc. Item Costs, Operating costs, etc.)
  • Work with the Finance Data Team for the Item setup process and management in Compass for the items that are to be procured
  • Work with the Finance Data Team in Item master setup and maintenance, establishing new items and the associated brands (Partner (Branch) Data), associate Zones, suppliers, GL code, COGS, association to the
  • Compass (Oracle Cloud) Agreements.
  • Creation and management of the Inventory Organisations and Organisation Codes
  • Creation of BoM, Kitting, Sub Assy, etc.
  • Produce and write the reports, KPI’s and SLA’s required to support the Procurement & Purchasing Functions.
  • Monitor weekly/monthly/quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and executive management (Inventory accuracy, PPV, IPV, Std. Cost, etc.)
  • Working with Operations, Finance and Procurement to improve the PPV IPV and Standard Costs
  • Participate and Lead in cross-functional process and system improvement initiatives
  • Planning and reporting for the MSA and SGD. Development of the process and the systems to assisting the reporting and monitoring
What you need to be successful;
  • Expert knowledge of MRP, Procurement Master Data Maintenance, Master Production Scheduling and Inventory Management
