Job Description

With a demand in the contract market for early 2021, we are interested to hear from any Brisbane based finance professionals who are interested in contract work. We are receiving a lot of interest from our client base for Finance Consultants to support them with projects in early 2021.
  
Working across privately owned to ASX listed organisations across a range of industries, it is a great opportunity to build upon your experience and offer commercial organisations support to take business to the next level.  
  
The demand we are seeing and are hearing about in 2020 for Consultants are in the following areas:
  • Financial modelling
  • Statutory end of year and half year accounting
  • Technical Accounting including IFRS standards
  • Finance function clean up including complex consolidations, balance sheet recs of multiple entities, back log.
  • Data analytics and Power BI reporting
  • Project work including ERP implementations
We would be interested to hear from Senior Finance professionals with CA/CPA/CFA qualifications with a range of commercial experience who fit into the below categories:
  • Consultants who have their own consultancies who may want additional interim/contract work
  • Finance professionals who are on working holiday visas or similar just able to complete contract work
  • Finance professionals who are moving interstate or returning to Brisbane and keen to test out the market before committing to permanent work
  • Finance professionals who are interested in contracting work.
You will either have your own ABN or be PAYG as a contractor through Perigon Group and be confident in your ability to hit the ground running and support a range of commercial businesses with a variety of tasks. Contracts may run for a couple of weeks and up to 6 months and require commitment to the full contract length.
