Responsibilities of the role will include:-
- Journal posting
- Bank reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Banking
- Processing bank receipts
- GST processing
- Payment runs
- Assisting with accounts payable
- Assisting with accounts receivable
- Assisting with month-end
- Credit card reconciliations
To be considered for this opportunity you must have had ideally 2-4 years experience working as an Accounts Assistant or Finance Officer. You must have strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and an intermediate to advanced level of Excel.
This is an immediate start and is an initial temporary opportunity with the view to go permanent.
