As the Finance Officer, your main focus will be on Accounts Payable however you will also be required to assist the wider team as needed (AR, Trust Accounts etc). Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Management of all payment cycle
- Processing expenses
- Preparing cheques for payment, as required
- Tracking of expenditure payments
- Assistance with monthly billing
- Adhoc duties and tasks including credit control, trust and controlled monies, as required
