Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the post system upgrade, availability, integrity and reporting meets the needs of the business. It will be a mix of finance, systems and project work.
You will ensure integrity and accuracy of finance systems upgrade by building excel workbooks and templates to assist with the transition of the new system. You will help maintain the governance of the system, document processes and assist with any system enhancements.
You will assist the data cleansing of new or amended programs, financial reports and general ledger and in the new ERP. You will also assist with the reconciliations between the old system and the new one. You will also assist with any trouble shooting that is required.
To be considered for this role you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in finance. You will have a detailed level knowledge and exposure going through a system implementation. You a sound understanding of finance processes and the ability to understand Excel models. Salesforce or Financialforce experience will be looked at favourably.
