Job Description
Reporting into the Performance Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the system upgrade, availability, integrity and reporting meets the needs of the business.
You will ensure integrity and accuracy of finance systems upgrade by building excel workbooks and templates to assist with the transition of the new system.
You will assist the data cleansing of new or amended programs, financial reports and general ledger and in the new ERP. You will also assist with the reconciliations between the old system and the new.
To be considered for this role you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in finance. You will have a detailed level knowledge and experience in Excel. You a sound understanding of finance processes and the ability to understand Excel models. Exposure to BI reporting tools such as TM1 would also be highly desirable. Experience working in a property organisation is essential.
