Job Description
With the support of a team of financial accountants, your remit will be to ensure accurate & timely periodic reporting in accordance with IFRS, variance analysis, maintenance of GL integrity, production of annual financial statements and quarterly global reporting pack, as well as other ad hoc reporting.
You will also be required to resolve complex accounting issues & provide advice internally in relation to technical matters (including the application of new & altered accounting standards & accounting for new transactions).
Additional responsibilities include contributing to cash management/cashflow forecasting, treasury reporting, ongoing training, development & mentoring of staff and internal project management & identification of continuous improvement initiatives.
You are CA or CPA qualified, with extensive IFRS financial reporting experience from within a large, global organisation. Professional services sector experience is especially highly regarded.
Finally, you're an experienced people manager, with a passion for coaching & mentoring staff, and you possess exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills.
