Front Office Delivery & Support Manager - Asset Management
  • 5 yr road map to be delivered with strong leadership in the business
  • Product owner for OMS and EMS - Charles River upgrade
  • Program/product owner role - 2ic into CIO - Full autonomy
The Role
  • You will oversee the support and manage the front office support systems including all staff within the FOS team 
  • Provide input for the Global IT FOS strategy and execution the front office support system
  • Identify and eliminate needless processes in order to fully automate globally
  • Identify and build strong stakeholder relationships with the technical teams throughout the business
  • Hold regular service delivery meetings with said stakeholders
  • Ensure all processes comply with global policies, change & release and document all changes/ release information
  • Develop Front Office & Change Management documentation for strategic enablement
Your Experience

To be successful in this role, you will  bring the following;
  • Must come from an asset management background environment delivering technical solutions into the business.
  • Must have managed small teams within large stakeholder landscape
  • Global Charles River upgrade, Citrix implementation
  • Own the OMS and EMS systems
  • Front office support exposure
  • Knowledge of trade execution, order management etc 
  • Extensive experience of fund management procedures and methods
  • Investment administration processes, procedures and instruments
  • Demonstrated and proven people management experience
