Job Description

We are currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join the technology team of our mining client.

As a Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in defining, influencing, designing and delivering a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation.

ABOUT YOU :
  • Strategic mindset and positive energy
  • At least 4 years experience as a dedicated Functional Consultant
  • A track record of being a key member involved in process and system improvements
  • Advanced understanding of design and implementation
  • Knowledge and/or experience within mining or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to present workshops
  • At least 4 years experience within the Dynamics environment
  
ABOUT THE ROLE :
  • Improve and create business performance and process diagnostics and facilitate comprehensive assessments
  • Create functional requirements as an input to application design
  • Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and conduct Gap Analysis
  • Prepare pre-design documentation and offering solutions for the project requirements
  • Contributing to the technical governance structure within the practice
  • Contributing to design and implementation of Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions
  • Hands-on configurations and customisations
  • Designing and developing Dynamics 365 based CRM solutions and related components such as Power Platform, CRM Portals and mobile apps.
  • Performing gap analysis between system functionality and stakeholder requirements.

  • Hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
  • Team player - organised, reliable and confident
  • Your ability to provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics and Power platform to evaluate client business processes and requirements against the standard functionality;
  • Experience producing solution architecture diagrams, written responses for tenders and identifying other business opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience with:
    • Large and complex development projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM
    • Solution accelerators and industry-solutions
    • Design of reusable components and solutions
    • Power Platform experience, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
  • Skills: SSIS, Azure, KingswaySoft, Scribe, Click Dimensions
